Sam Sanford

Sam is the director of service delivery for Kraft Enterprise Systems (KES). In this role, Sam manages the firm's NetSuite consulting team and ensures a cohesive approach to our consulting practice. He also leads ERP deployments and helps customers extend their NetSuite functionality through KES SuiteApps.

Sam joined KES in 2015 with a background in public accounting and recruiting. His biggest strength is his ability to understand complex requirements and come up with creative solutions. His knowledge of accounting processes combined with his focus on customer service makes him an invaluable member of the KES NetSuite team. Sam brings a unique combination of technical, operational, creative, and financial knowledge to help solve complex business challenges.

Sam values being a lifelong student and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients. He is looking forward to increasing his own knowledge base as well as helping and encouraging the consulting team to do the same. Acquiring new knowledge and skills will allow us to enhance our services, products (KES SuiteApps), and creative solutions as well expand the industries we serve.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching youth baseball teams, and anything active or competitive.
