KES Announces Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Offering and More

By Shannon Mullins, Microsoft Practice Director

We are so excited to hear that many of you are almost done with audit season and are looking for ways to enhance your system going forward throughout the year. Through the last few months, we have performed several Business Process Review (BPR) engagements and we love the chance to review what you are currently doing, and how to make drastic improvements to your systems and processes that result in efficiency and time savings. We would always love to help your team review current processes and if you are ever interested in one of these engagements, please let us know.

We are very excited for our upcoming new webinars in the next new few months for Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Jet Global Reports. Business Central is the new Microsoft cloud solution for the future, incorporating the best features of GP, SL, and NAV. Built on the stead and stable features of NAV, it is a rock-solid product with full compatibility and integration with Office 365, CRM/365 for Sales, Outlook, Power BI and more. It is the future of Microsoft as we see more and more ERP transition to the cloud. One thing I love about BC is that it will be inheriting SmartList from its little brother GP in April and for those who love and live by SmartList inside GP, this is huge. In addition, Microsoft is offering excellent incentives to move your solution from on Premise to the Cloud. Please contact us for a demo or attend one of our webinars to view this exciting new product.

KES is excited to partner with Jet Global Reports. Jet Reports Basic was introduced to Dynamics GP back in 2017 and is an excel replacement for management reporter. It allows you to create and refresh financial reports directly from Excel. In addition, it has a table builder functionality that allows you to pull and refresh your GP data directly in excel as well. Even more exciting is the introduction of Jet’s new Budgets product in October of last year. It allows for web-based or on-prem based budgeting for a low monthly cost for your company. Their budgeting tool includes multiple budgets, workflows, email notifications, comments and more. The last amazing notable feature is Jet Analytics, which allows users to create their own data warehouse and pull all the data from all systems into excel to create analytical and Power BI dashboards. Again, please contact us or attend one of our webinars to view the full Jet Product portfolio.

Through these last few months, we have been increasing our Microsoft team and will continue to do so in the months ahead. We now offer the ability to service and provide services for Power BI Pro, Dynamics 365 for Sales, Dynamics 365 for Field Service, Office 365 and more. We will be expanding our website with all these new features and products soon. If you are in need of any Microsoft licensing, please let our team know.
