KES Customer Care Starter Plan Services
NetSuite Health Check includes a documented review of all system configuration settings, installed bundles, customizations, and data usage to identify any potential issues that could impact your business.
Business Process Review includes in-depth interviews with your team to better understand your current business processes and challenges, so we can build upon our Health Check to create a more comprehensive plan of action.
NetSuite Support & Enhancements includes a block of 10 hours to address your needs including technical issues, process improvements, and user training.
