It can manage small or large transaction volumes, so it's scalable with your business. Since our SuiteApp is built as a NetSuite extension, there is no separate integration needed. Additionally, since this runs on top of NetSuite, we leverage standard NetSuite functions and data as much as possible. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

Our SuiteApp automatically creates NetSuite recurring billing subscriptions from sales activity (as well as via import or integration) and allows for easy ongoing updates/adjustments for go forward billing without requiring any other contract modifications. *Note: This is not part of the NetSuite SuiteBilling module.

REVENUE RECOGNITION

KES Billfinity supports revenue recognition by either using NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module or by simply using NetSuite amortization schedules for basic revenue recognition in non-ARM environments. It can also run without using any revenue recognition for environments that always recognize upon invoicing.

SUBSCRIPTION METRICS

KES Billfinity provides full MRR/ARR reporting, along with churn/new/active trending to allow for in depth forecasting.

FLEXIBLE BILLING

KES Billfinity allows you to define the default type of ongoing sales transaction (create a sales order or direct-to-invoice), and generate these transactions at any specified number of days in advance of next billing date, while still honoring the next billing date. This can be defined globally, at the billing frequency level, or on an individual subscription.

AUTOMATED PAYMENT PROCESSING

Is your company is using MerchantE for credit card processing? If a customer has a default credit card stored in NetSuite, KES Billfinity automatically creates payment records and applies them to the invoices created as part of the recurring billing process.

USAGE BILLING

KES Billfinity Premium provides the ability to create summarized subscription invoices based on detailed usage billing, with support for min/max quantities/charges and multiple roll-up options.

SMART LOGIC BILLING FREQUENCIES

KES Billfinity allows for easy definition of any billing frequency, including monthly, quarterly, annually, etc. It uses smart logic to ensure correct crossing over of month-end dates and leap years.

UPLIFT MANAGEMENT

KES Billfinity supports basic automated uplift management, including specifying period uplift percentages or fixed amounts. This can be specified at either the subscription (header) level or at the subscription line level.

NO HIDDEN TRANSACTION FEES

Your annual KES Billfinity subscription is your only ongoing cost. There are no hidden "per transaction" or other related fees after implementation.
