The KES A/R Toolkit for NetSuite improves upon NetSuite core accounts receivable (A/R) functionality with enhanced invoice email capabilities, automated collections, transaction approvals, and consolidated invoicing. Built by Kraft Enterprise Systems (KES) as a NetSuite extension, there is no separate integration needed, and we leverage standard NetSuite functions and data as much as possible. DUNNING AUTOMATION

Our toolkit provides a powerful, yet easy-to-configure and manage, collections process. We built in automation and flexibility for multiple email templates and timing of collections emails, as well as additional fields and reporting for collections management.

EXTERNAL APPROVAL

Our toolkit allows sales order, invoice, and credit memo approval using email with embedded approve/reject capabilities. It includes credit memo approval flow, which is not available with standard NetSuite.

SEGMENT REPLICATION

Our toolkit allows for automated insert/update of fields on line items from fields on the header, making it much faster to do initial line entry or corrections for things like segmentation or custom fields.

MULTI INVOICE EMAIL

With our toolkit, you can easily select and send multiple invoices to a customer or contact in a single email. Also, you can easily select any date range, include/exclude closed invoices, include children invoices, and include statement, etc.

EZ CONTRACT PRICING

This feature provides a powerful, yet easy, way to setup contract pricing for customers. Multiple contracts can co-exist with configurable rules determining which pricing should be used. It allows for reporting on which contracts have been used for transactions. This feature is ideal for organizations with multiple price points and price changes throughout the year.

SALES FORM ASSIGNMENT BY CUSTOMER

Our toolkit allows for assignment of specific sales transaction forms (including unique PDF layouts) by customer to better meet the needs of unique customers.

INVOICE EMAIL AUTOMATION

With this feature, you can now easily assign any number of contacts on a customer to be included when invoices are emailed.  You can then mark the invoice to send on demand to all of these contacts. The toolkit also allows you to automatically send invoices (for example, upon invoice creation or invoice approval) to allow for a seamless process that does not require manual intervention.

CONSOLIDATED INVOICING

This feature will consolidate invoices and then present one single invoice to your customer. Consolidated invoices are honored by the rest of the KES A/R Toolkit, including dunning/collections, multi-invoice send and invoice email automation — all of these recognize if invoices are part of a consolidated invoice.
