As Vice President for Sales at Kraft Enterprise Systems, Gaetjens Cadet is responsible for the acquisition of new business, customer experience and strategic growth initiatives. With 20 years of Sales and Leadership experience, Gaetjens has deep expertise in building strategic customer relationships, and his passion for customer success is the foundation of the culture for the Sales organization.

Prior to joining KES, Gaetjens was Director of Sales & Operations at ServiceSource for four years. In that role, Gaetjens managed a portfolio of clients and a team of sales professionals that consistently drove exceptional and profitable results while maintaining exemplary customer satisfaction.
Previously, Gaetjens worked for Citrix Systems for 10 years. During his tenure at Citrix, Gaetjens marketed and sold virtualization software and services to commercial clients of all different sizes and government clients, including federal (DoD and Civilian), state, local and education.
In his spare time, Gaetjens enjoys his time with his three boys cheering them on at their sports events. Additionally, he enjoys traveling and deepening his love for learning new languages.
Gaetjens attended the Florida International University for his degree in Business Management with a concentration in International Business.
