Job Description – Functional ERP Consultant (Atlanta or Nashville)

This position will have the opportunity to collaborate with client stakeholders to develop solution requirements that are aligned to business objectives.  Responsibilities will include providing support for our cloud solutions while demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, integrity and commitment to our clients.  A solid background in the implementation of NetSuite ERP and/or Adaptive Insights is essential. The ideal candidate will be an experienced self-starter who is able to play a critical functional role in a project team and effectively deliver project solutions to clients.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Requirements gathering and documentation for new implementations of either NetSuite or Adaptive Insights
  • System Configuration
  • Data mapping and conversion
  • Training and related documentation
  • Client relationship management
  • Post-implementation support
  • Obtaining/maintaining relevant NetSuite certifications
  • Keeping up to date on new product features/releases
  • Identification of new business opportunities at engaged clients

Desired Skills and Experience

For this position, we require the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of ERP consulting experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of NetSuite and/or Adaptive Insights implementation experience

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.   Currently searching for candidates in Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN.  Ability to travel as needed – approximately 20-30%.  Will also consider remote candidates in the Midwest and Southeast.

Job Description Sales Development Representative Kraft Enterprise Systems is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative, to work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to manage incoming lead follow-up, as well as process and strategy around lead generation. We are looking for persistent hunters looking to expand their career in sales in an established and growing technology environment.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Generate sales qualified opportunities to achieve revenue targets
  • Work across marketing and sales to qualify inbound leads
  • Research and build new and existing accounts by understanding the clients’ needs
  • Work closely with Sales to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive sales qualified opportunities
  • Execute targeted outbound marketing campaigns
  • Manage, track, and report all data/activities in NetSuite CRM
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events that provide lead generation
  • Maintain knowledge of Kraft Enterprise Systems products, services, competitive positioning and industry trends

Desired Skills and Experience
For this position, we require the following:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales or lead generation experience
  • Strong research, opportunity qualification, and objection handling skills
  • Persistent and professional phone skills, excellent listening skills
  • Ability to understand and simplify the value of Kraft Enterprise System’s solutions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, combined with relevant work experience
  • SaaS experience preferred

Candidates should also possess:

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.  Willingness to relocate to the Nashville, TN area a plus.  Ability to travel as needed.
